By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the following policies and conditions set forth by Dr. Groomer’s Pet Spaw.
Safety
All dogs must be kept on leash. If your pet(s) have any medical issues or special needs, it is the responsibility of the owner to inform Dr. Groomer’s Pet Spaw and/or the groomer.
Cancellations
Please notify Dr. Groomer’s Pet Spaw at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that failure to do so, including no-show appointments or cancellations made at the appointment time, will incur a $50.00 traveling fee. Dr. Groomer’s Pet Spaw reserves the right to decline future grooming services for repeated no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Payments
A $5.00 processing fee will be applied to all services paid for using a credit card. No additional fees will be charged for payments made in cash, check, or through Venmo/Zelle.
Considerations
To ensure a smooth grooming experience, we kindly request that your pet relieves itself before the appointment to prevent any accidents that could prolong the grooming process.
Vaccinations
All pets must be up-to-date on their rabies vaccine.
Behavioral Issues
Dr. Groomer’s Pet Spaw reserves the right to terminate the grooming process at any time if the pet displays aggressive behavior, poses harm to itself or the groomer, or if any situation arises that the groomer deems hazardous to either party.
